Our Services

At Polaris Physical Therapy PLLC, we provide high-quality, individualized physical therapy care designed to help patients reduce pain, restore movement, and improve overall function. We believe that effective rehabilitation begins with understanding each patient’s unique needs, goals, and lifestyle. Our one-on-one treatment approach allows us to deliver focused, evidence-based care in a supportive and professional environment.

Orthopedic & Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation

We specialize in the evaluation and treatment of a wide range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, including neck and back pain, shoulder and hip dysfunction, knee injuries, arthritis, sprains, strains, and movement-related impairments. Treatment plans are tailored to address the root cause of symptoms, improve joint mobility, enhance strength, and promote long-term functional recovery.

Post-Surgical Rehabilitation

Our post-surgical rehabilitation programs are carefully designed to support safe and effective recovery following orthopedic procedures such as joint replacements, ligament repairs, and spinal surgeries. We guide patients through each phase of healing with progressive exercises and hands-on care to restore range of motion, strength, stability, and confidence with daily activities.

Injury Recovery (No Fault/Motor Vehicle Accident and Workers Comp)

We provide conservative, non-invasive care for both acute and chronic pain conditions. Using a combination of therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and movement re-education, we focus on reducing pain, improving tissue healing, and preventing future injury. Our goal is to help patients return to work, recreation, and daily life with improved comfort and resilience.

Postural Correction & Ergonomic Training

Prolonged sitting, repetitive movements, and poor ergonomics can contribute to ongoing pain and dysfunction. We assess posture and movement patterns and provide education and corrective strategies to improve alignment, reduce strain, and enhance efficiency during work and daily activities. Workplace and home ergonomic recommendations are incorporated to support lasting results.

Manual Therapy

Hands-on manual therapy techniques, including soft tissue mobilization and joint mobilization, are used to reduce pain, improve mobility, and address muscle and joint restrictions. Manual therapy is integrated with active treatment to promote optimal movement and long-term improvement.

Therapeutic Exercise & Functional Training

Customized exercise programs are developed to improve strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and endurance. Functional training is emphasized to ensure carryover into real-life activities, work demands, and recreational goals. Patients are also educated on proper movement strategies and home exercise programs to support continued progress outside the clinic.

At Polaris Physical Therapy PLLC, our mission is to empower patients through education, individualized care, and collaborative treatment planning. We are committed to helping you move with confidence, reduce pain, and achieve sustainable improvements in health and function.
